In 2015, Hu Jihua's ancient oil pressing technique was included in the intangible cultural heritage list of Qingdao. In 1994: Qingdao Vegetable Oil Factory and Singapore Guo Brothers Cereals and Oils Private Co., Ltd. jointly invested. The traditional wood pressing technology ushered in a change, and the peanut oil brand "Hu Jihua" came into being. In 2010, Hutchison peanut oil was put on the market. In 2015, Hu Jihua's ancient oil pressing technique was included in the intangible cultural heritage list of Qingdao.
