Beijing Longmen Vinegar Factory was founded in the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty, with a history of 190 years. It is the only producer of vinegar in the brewing industry in Beijing. The vinegar produced by Longmen Vinegar Factory takes high-quality rice as the main raw material, which is pure in texture, mild in sour taste, and slightly sweet in mouth. There are four series of mature vinegar, sweet vinegar, rice vinegar, and smoked vinegar, which are well received by consumers all over the country and enjoy a high reputation in the same industry across the country. In 1993, the Ministry of Internal Trade officially awarded Beijing Longmen Vinegar Factory the title of "China Time honored Brand".
