Haitian is a professional condiment production enterprise in China with a long history. It is one of the "time-honored brands in China" announced by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China. Its products cover more than 200 specifications and varieties of eight series, including soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, seasoning sauce, chicken essence, monosodium glutamate, oils, and minor flavorings.
Haitian seasoning is named after Haitian soy sauce garden. Haitian seasoning is the largest professional seasoning manufacturer in China. Haitian seasoning dates back to Foshan soy sauce garden in the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. Haitian seasoning has a history of 300 years. Its brewing method is exquisite in technology and mellow in taste, which leads its peers.
In 1955, 25 ancient soy sauce gardens in Foshan with outstanding strength, delicious and long history, and reputation in Hong Kong and Macao were merged and reorganized. "Haitian soy sauce factory" is a time-honored soy sauce factory with the longest history, the largest scale, the most product categories and the widest influence among the 25 soy sauce factories. Therefore, it was unanimously agreed to name the newly established factory "Haitian soy sauce factory". The "primitive accumulation" of Foshan's soy sauce industry provides a high starting point for development. Haitian broke out of the cocoon and became one of the large state-owned enterprises in 1988. In 1994, Haitian successfully transformed its system and embarked on the fast track of development, and rapidly grew into the largest soy sauce oil production and marketing and export enterprise in China. Foshan Haitian Flavoring Food Company is a municipal enterprise owned by the whole people.
In 1995, it was restructured into a limited liability company with state-owned shares - Foshan Haitian Flavoring Food Co., Ltd.
